Turnkey on-site installation process

Following factory testing, equipment is safely disassembled, packaged, and transported to your location. ACTINI field teams manage the complete site integration workflow:

Offloading & position logistics: Safe offloading, handling, and precise transport of equipment directly to the installation site within your facility.
Unpacking & component inspection: Thorough unboxing and verification of all components and structural assemblies upon delivery.
Skid reassembly & inter-skid connections: Reassembly of structural frames, physical mounting of skids, and inter-skid wiring and mechanical connections.

Piping network verification: Complete inspection and verification of interconnecting piping runs to ensure integrity and compliance.
Utility integration: Direct connection to facility utility supplies (water, steam, electricity, drainage).
Site cleardown & packaging removal: Thorough cleanup of the installation area and disposal of all packaging materials to leave a clean, operational workspace.

Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) & qualification

Following on-site installation, our field experts execute complete Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and commissioning protocols.
